iSendit helps organizations by making it easy for non-technical people to quickly create, send and manage their multichannel messaging campaigns. We do this by providing an easy-to-use self-serve web portal that can be used to send thousands of email and fax messages from a single web portal and with just a few minutes of effort. Our focus is on ease-of-use and leveraging your existing knowledge so you don’t typically need to learn anything new in order to use our service. Since 1992, people and organizations of all sizes have trusted iSendit to send messages that matter.
Our mission is to be the Internet portal of choice for people looking for an easy to use way to create, send and track their multichannel communication and marketing campaigns.
Way back in 1992, we started out as “Fax Bureau, Inc.” specializing in automated fax-on-demand and fax broadcast information delivery technologies. Over the years we grew to provide a broad variety of professional and technical services and in 2001, changed our name to iCue Corp. Around the same time we deployed our first Internet web portal, which was initially designed to meet the requirements of a large corporate customer. Shortly thereafter, we generalized this specialized technology and in 2002 introduced iSendit in order to give our corporate, small business and non-profit customers a faster and easier way to submit their job instructions to us. The response was amazing. And in speaking with our customers, we continue to receive accolades for iSendit’s ease-of-use and the significant amount of time our service saves our customers compared to other alternatives.
Early on, we created iSendit using our own software to automate the tedious work we were doing by hand for each job our customers requested. Over time, as we grew, we automated nearly every step in the process so that we could perfectly process thousands of jobs every month. We even created our own companion back-end systems to convert jobs submitted on the web and turn them into actual email blasts and fax blasts. That was fun! Today, we continue to innovate and add new features as our customers request them and as the industry continues to evolve to define best practices and technologies that we can leverage to make our customers’ jobs easier.
Needless to say, we are on a mission to make our customers’ jobs easier. We are proud of our heritage, and our technology. We look forward to serving our loyal and valued customers as we welcome new organizations and individuals into our fold. Even more exciting things are on our roadmap. But that’s another story!
